*By demand - We are eliminating the longer Initial visit to accommodate more patients - please be aware that a first visit will need time to assess your case file before treatment is commenced. All waitlisted new patients will have their requests adjusted to 1 hour sessions.

Please note that all services are subject to HST (13%) fees quoted include tax.

In order to effectively accommodate everyone, please ensure that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment:

  • It is recommended to complete the Intake form before-hand so we can have more time for assessment and treatment

  • Appointments not cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours beforehand will be subject to a no-show fee of 75% of the session rate.

Manual Osteopathy

Manual Osteopathy is an evidence-based hands-on therapy that focuses on balance by syncing the functions of the entire body by gently mobilizing and strengthening joints, with manipulation of the muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia, and the internal organs to remove restrictions and improve blood circulation to facilitate the natural healing processes.

Mr. Onkar Bedi DOMP, RMO

Onkar is a Manual Osteopathic Practitioner who has graduated from National Academy of Osteopathy. He is well trained in osteopathic joint mobilization, muscle energy techniques and soft tissue therapy. He has completed a four years undergraduate Bachelor of Science with Honors Degree in Kinesiology and Health Science.

In his free time, Onkar loves travelling and enjoys playing hockey.

Armin is passionate about providing personalized care, optimizing patient recovery, and enhancing overall well-being. He has a proven track record of managing and operating a successful private physiotherapy clinic in Iran for 20 years, where he provided tailored treatment plans, supervised and mentored junior physiotherapists, and established a loyal patient base through exceptional service and positive outcomes. Candice is a Manual Osteopathic Practitioner graduating from the National Academy of Osteopathy, and Certified Fitness trainer specializing in Remedial and Corrective Exercise. Initially, she tended to her fellow gym student’s injuries at ring-side, or on the MMA mats. Over time through many case-studies to improve flexibility, endurance, and joint stability.
